A distorted image means the LCD screen is broken. Sometimes this can happen from a hard drop without cracking the glass casing. Group Micro techs can disassemble your iPhone 7 Plus and replace only the LCD screen if the Glass is still intact. If the Glass is also broken, you will need to replace both the Glass & the LCD (not just the LCD).
